General Health

Basic Health Profile

This essential screening is a great place to start if you want to gain insight into your overall health. It helps identify health conditions ranging from high cholesterol to kidney disease, so you can take informed action towards your health goals.

Blood Type Test (ABO, Rh)

The Blood Type Test (ABO, Rh) determines your blood type. It identifies your blood group (A, B, AB, or O) and whether your blood is Rh positive or Rh negative.

Cholesterol Test Panel

The Cholesterol Test Panel can help evaluate the health of your heart and arteries. The panel measures lipids: LDL (bad) cholesterol, HDL (good) cholesterol, and triglycerides (the fat in blood).

Chickenpox test (Varicella Titer test)

The Chickenpox Test (Varicella Titer Test) can confirm if you’ve ever been infected with varicella zoster virus (VZV). VZV infection can cause both varicella (chickenpox) and herpes zoster (shingles).

Complete Blood Count (CBC Blood Test)

This common blood test screens for a variety of health conditions. By evaluating the 3 types of cells in your blood—red, white, and platelets—it can help detect possible infections, inflammation, and more.

Comprehensive Health Profile

This expanded health profile provides a deep dive into your health to paint a more complete picture of your overall wellness. It includes tests for heart health, kidney health, liver health, bone health, diabetes risk, and other health factors.

Comprehensive Metabolic Test panel CMP test

This broad screening tool includes 14 tests that evaluate your liver, kidneys, and more to provide a picture of your overall health. The panel looks at your organ function, electrolytes, blood sugar, and blood proteins.

COVID 19 Active infection

This COVID-19 test is an anterior nares (nasal) swab collection kit with in-person and at-home collection options.

COVID-19 Antibody Test

See if you have detectable levels of COVID-19 antibodies. Start tracking your levels today.

COVID-19 At-Home Rapid Antigen Test

This virtually guided test is designed to meet the requirements for travel and events.

COVID-19 and Flu Test

The COVID-19 and Flu Test detects RNA from 3 viruses (COVID-19, influenza A, and influenza B) with just 1 nasal swab.

CRP Inflammation Marker Test

This test can help determine risk for heart disease by identifying inflammation in the body. C-reactive protein (CRP) is produced by the liver in response to inflammation.

Diabetes Management Test

These tests help monitor blood sugar levels, so you can manage your diabetes. The results can help you track your progress and evaluate how well your diabetes treatment plan is working.

Diabetes Risk Test

These tests can help determine risk for diabetes, so you can take action to stay healthy. The panel also measures heart health, because of the strong link between diabetes and heart disease.

Drug Screen Test Panel

This test checks for the presence of certain illegal drugs and prescription medications. It evaluates your urine for substances used in the previous 24-72 hours, depending on the type of drug.

FIT Colorectal Cancer Screening Test

This is an at-home collection fecal immunochemical test or “FIT”. This test screens for colorectal cancer by looking for hidden blood in the stool, which can be an early sign of cancer.

Hemoglobin A1c Test

The Hemoglobin A1c test is the most widely used test to measure blood sugar levels over time. It identifies average blood sugar (glucose) levels over the past 2-3 months, so you can track your progress in managing your diabetes.

Indoor Allergy Test Panel

Our Indoor Allergy Test Panel measures the levels of specific IgE antibodies in your blood. When you are exposed to an allergen, your immune system activates the release of too much of the antibody IgE.

Iron Test (Iron, TIBC and Ferritin)

These tests measure levels of iron, a key nutrient for energy and healthy skin, hair, and nails. Iron is an essential mineral that your red blood cells need to transport oxygen throughout your body. When iron levels are too low this can result in iron deficiency anemia (decreased red blood cells).

Lead Test

The Lead Test measures the blood levels of lead through a venipuncture draw (a needle is used to draw blood from a vein). Lead is a toxic metal that can damage the brain, organs, and nervous system.

Men's Health Profile

This screening for men includes a prostate health test and everything in the Basic Health Profile, for a comprehensive look at overall health. It can help identify a wide range of possible health conditions so you can take informed action towards your health goals.

Thyroid Function Test

This Thyroid Function Risk test measures the blood level of Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) to evaluate thyroid function, which plays an important role in regulating weight, energy, body temperature, mood, and overall health.

Total Cholesterol Test

Total cholesterol is the total amount of cholesterol in your blood. Having high total cholesterol can lead to hardening of your arteries, which increases your risk for a heart attack. This test can help you make informed decisions to keep your heart healthy.

Tree Pollen Allergy Test Panel

Our Tree Pollen Test Panel measures the level of specific IgE antibodies in your blood that activate an immune response to specific tree pollen allergens. This includes antibodies to maple, birch, mountain cedar, oak, elm, walnut, sycamore, cottonwood, white ash, white mulberry, pecan/hickory, olive, and acacia.

Uric Acid Test (Gout Test)

This test measures the level of uric acid in the blood or urine. Uric acid is produced by the breakdown of substances called purines found in the cells of the body and in the food we eat.

Vitamin B12 and Folate Test

This tests for Vitamin B12 and Folate, which are vitamins that are necessary for normal red blood cell (RBC) formation, white blood cell (WBC) formation, repair of tissues and cells, and DNA production. Both must be supplied by the diet or supplementation because the body is not able to produce them.

Vitamin B12 Test

People who are deficient in Vitamin B12 may not have any symptoms or may present with symptoms of anemia or nerve damage. General symptoms related to anemia and nerve damage include fatigue, weakness, difficulty concentrating, depression, numbness or tingling in the hands and feet, headaches, moodiness, and gastrointestinal symptoms.

Vitamin D Test

The Vitamin D Test measures levels of vitamin D, a key nutrient for bone strength and overall health. Your body produces vitamin D after exposure to sunlight or from consuming certain foods and supplements. Because it enables your body to absorb calcium, vitamin D is essential for healthy bones and also helps the immune system fight infections.

Weed and Grass Allergy Test Panel

Our Weed and Grass Allergy Test Panel measures the level of specific IgE antibodies in your blood that activate an immune response to specific weed and grass allergens. This includes antibodies Russian thistle, giant ragweed, nettle, rough marsh elder, sheep sorrel, mugwort, common ragweed, Bermuda grass, rough pigweed, timothy grass, Johnson grass, perennial rye grass, and bahia grass.

Womens health profile

This screening for women includes a thyroid test and everything in the Basic Health Profile, for a comprehensive look at overall health. It can help identify a wide range of possible health conditions so you can take informed action towards your health goals.
