Debit card and Credit card

All major credit and debit cards are accepted. When paying with a credit card a valid ID is required.

Other insurance declarations

Upon registration, patients may present a letter of guarantee with a valid ID.

For online payment LABHOH, RBC Royal Bank account number 77.00.00.01.00.12.37.09, the deadline to pay an invoice online is within 14 days of receiving the invoice. When paying online please state your invoice number.
